Automated injection molding lines

The casting workshop is equipped with 16 Engel injection molding machines (two 350T, two 450T, five 650T, three 850T, and four 1350T), along with an automated feeding system specifically designed for the production of nylon and plastic components. The product range covers fields such as railway equipment, automotive manufacturing, and household appliances, supporting large-scale production of high-speed railway components including rail insulators, nylon sleeves, under-rail pads, height adjustment pads, and insulating pads.
